Azur Adventure is a small company started to help share a sense of wonder and exploration for our world. We strive to visit, collaborate and practice sustainable business using the triple bottom line approach; people, planet profit…or as some list it social, environmental and economic.
Azur is the French spelling of azure, a color of blue. However, it is for us a bit of play on words…Az- U – R….to mean travel and be as you are…while learning, adapting and sharing experiences with others.
Having traveled and lived in many different types of places, US states and countries, I have come to treasure the many varied memories, people, wildlife, scenery, challenges, foods, music etc that have been experienced. These memories are wonderful to pull off a shelf in the mind and weave them into the present day activities, projects and perceptions.
I don’t recall where I heard this quote but I enjoy it…sometimes the only difference between misery and adventure…is attitude! …when life does not go quite as planned…choose adventure!
